Then drain and allow to cool slightly and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Peel the onions, the garlic and the ginger. Chop the onions and garlic finely, and also grate the ginger finely. Foam up the butter in a wide pan. Sauté the onions, garlic and ginger until translucent. Add the curry powder and fry, stirring constantly until you can smell the spices. Add the potatoes and heat. Sprinkle with flour and sugar and mix with the potatoes. Add the stock along with the vinegar. Cook everything for approx. 3 minutes and serve hot.
