Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool loaf in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf, 16 slices. Each slice : About 197 calories, 3g protein, 32g carbohydrate, 7g total fat (4g saturated), 43mg cholesterol, 205mg sodium.
