    • 2 cups (473 mL) plain yogurt
    • 2 cups (473 mL) buttermilk (or substitute milk)
    • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and pitted
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 2 teaspoons (10 mL) sugar
    • 1/4 of a fresh bhut jolokia chile, seeds removed, minced (or substitute 1 habanero)
Method : Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
