    • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) grated ginger
    • 2 teaspoons (10 mL) soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons (10 mL) sugar
    • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Method :
    1. Place the cucumber chunks in a nonreactive bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together until combined. Pour this mixture over the pickles and let them marinate for 1 hour.
    2. To serve, drain and garnish with the cilantro.
